Spanish canned seafood (known as conservas) is a favourite in bars and restaurants across Spain. From the Galician Rias Gallegas, these cockles (Berberechos) are fished by hand using the traditional methods of this region. Only the finest cockles are selected to prepare this Spanish conservas delicacy. They are directly transported to Conservas de Cambados facility close to shore where they are delicately hand-packed into each tin with brine and then sealed to maintain freshness. They are ready to enjoy straight from the tin with no preparation required.
