Cured for 36 months, the Blazquez 36-Month Boneless Jamon Iberico is a dark ruby red and is marbled extensively throughout adding flavour and texture to each slice. Jamon Iberico is best served at room temperature, sliced thinly and paired with a glass of dry sherry.
