Spanish canned seafood (known as conservas) is a favourite in bars and restaurants across Spain. Conservas de Ramon Pena gourmet canned mussels  (mejillones en escabeche) are cleaned by hand, steamed and delicately hand-packed in a marinade of escabeche, olive oil, wine, vinegar and spices.

These mussels are fished off the coast of Galicia in Spain where marine life is rich and abundant. Only the finest mussels are selected to prepare this Spanish conservas delicacy.

No preservatives, all natural and gluten-free.

Enjoy with a Cava or Estrella beer, olives, almonds, bread or chips as an accompaniment and you can’t forget the authentic Spanish tapas toothpicks!
